Usually purses are shipped the day after payment is received.

May I return my purse if I am not satisfied?

There is a 30-day money back guarantee. The purse must be in the original packaging and unused. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you take custom orders?

Each Via dei Fiori purse is individually handmade and one-of-a-kind. This means that I will never make two purses exactly alike. However, if you see a style you like but desire a different color, etc. I can custom make it for you. Allow 4 weeks from the time of placing the order to shipping. Custom purse sales are final.

How do I care for my purse?

Most Via dei Fiori purses can be spot cleaned or dry cleaned unless otherwise indicated. When not in use, it is best to stuff the purse with paper to maintain the shape. Some may be ironed with a cool iron and ironing cloth.
